Since 2012, The Berns Team has assisted over 1,100 families with their real estate needs.

With our signature "The 10 Day Blitz", we have created “the magic” in the sale of our client’s homes over the last 10 years. With the restrictions of Covid-19 we pivoted & created "The 6 Day Blitz" & with that, much like our 10 Day Blitz we are obtaining results & revenue unparalleled by other agents. Our plan is specific & clear in both selling our clients' homes for the most money in the least amount of time, & in diligently advocating for our buyers in finding the right home. Having grown up in the San Gabriel Valley & surrounding Southern California areas, members of the team currently reside in La Cañada Flintridge, Pasadena, Altadena, Arcadia, Monrovia, Montrose, Santa Clarita & Los Angeles. The Berns Team uses this to add to their deep-seeded knowledge to assist the sale of every listing in any city. Just for good measure we also have team members in Idaho, West Virginia & even the Philippines! We have guided our clients with buying & selling in over 30 different cities throughout Southern California each of the last 7 years. We assisted our clients in 36 different cities in 2022!

Our business is all about relationships & focuses on helping our clients meet their real estate goals. We are grateful to create the magic for each of our clients & with the close of 2022 we have helped over 100 Berns Team friends & families (Bff's) each of the last 7 years. This continues to keep our place among the Top Agents in LA County as well as the Top 5 Realtors in the San Gabriel Valley.

In 2019 a great opportunity to give back to our community presented itself & The Berns Team was proud to have launched our non-profit "Berns Team Blessings!" With this platform we had the honor of donating $177,000 to various charities that year. In 2020 we continued to give back, 10% of every transaction our team was a part of was all donated to charities throughout the year! 2021 we only got better & it was another fantastic year of giving back. In honor of our 100th friends & family helped on the year, we donated $100,000 to charities & non-profits in addition to the ongoing 10% of every transaction being given. At the close of 2021 our team donated over $348,000 for the year! The joy of giving back continued in 2022 with over $300,000 donated!

With the close of 2022, The Berns Team was humbled to reach this amazing milestone as we have donated over $1 MILLION DOLLARS to various charities and non-profit organizations since 2015! When you choose The Berns Team you are choosing to be a part of so much more than buying or selling a home!

In 2021 we helped 132 "Bff's" navigate through selling & buying homes in a globally challenging time. At the close of 2021, our average list to sale price jumped from 106% to 114%! 2022 brought its own challenges as we began to see a shifting market and steady increases in interest rates, however that didn't stop us from helping over 110 "Bff's" and finishing the year at 111% list to sale price!
